RESERVING A CLASS FOR MORE THAN ONE GUEST 

After clicking on the “Sign up today” button, please follow the prompt, and it will put one in your cart. Next, go back to the same class and press “Sign up today” a second time and follow the same prompt. Please repeat this process times the number of guests you would like to sign up for. If you have a party of more than 12, you may be interested in hosting a private event. For more information about private events email us at cookingstudio@zwillingus.com

CANCELATIONS / REFUND POLICY

Cancelations require a written email notice at least 48 hours prior to the class for a credit to your ZWILLING Cooking Studio account. Cancelations within 48 hours prior to class start will not be refunded. 

 

LOCATION / PARKING

Our location is Marble Avenue, Pleasantville, NY 10570. Our parking lot is to the left of the main building and is located on Castleton St. The main entrance for the studio is the double glass doors located to the right of our building’s name “Zwilling J.A. Henckels”. To the right side of the door is a doorbell that guests can use to be let into the building. A second parking lot is located at the end of Village Lane on your right-hand side.

AGE MINIMUM

Currently we’re not offering kids classes; however, children from the ages of 10 – 17 years old are welcome to join any class on our schedule while being accompanied by a parent(s) or legal guardian. Parent(s) or legal guardians must sign the age waiver for the child who will be attending the class and email it to the cookingstudio@zwillingus.com before to the class. You can request the form by emailing the cooking studio and state which class you and the child will be attending. Every year we offer kids summer camps in July and August. Camp schedule will be published the first week of February.

WINE & BEER

We offer a wide selection of wines and always have 4 different beers in-house. We don’t allow BYOB.

FOOD / CAKE CUTTING FEE

Except for a birthday cake, outside food is not allowed. A cake cannot replace a dessert in any chosen menu, and we charge an additional $25 cake cutting fee.
