​CANCELATIONS / REFUND POLICY

All ticket sales are final.To receive a class credit, cancellations must be submitted in writing via email at least 72 hours before the class start time.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class are not eligible for reschedule, class credit, or credit card refund.

LOCATION / PARKING

Our location is Marble Avenue, Pleasantville, NY 10570. Our parking lot is to the left of the main building and is located on Castleton St. The main entrance for the studio is the double glass doors located to the right of our building’s name “Zwilling J.A. Henckels”. To the right side of the door is a doorbell that guests can use to be let into the building. A second parking lot is located at the end of Village Lane on your right-hand side.

AGE MINIMUM

Children from the ages of 9 and older are welcome to join any class on our schedule while being accompanied by a parent(s) or legal guardian. Parent(s) or legal guardians must sign the age waiver for the child who will be attending the class and email it to the cookingstudio@zwillingus.com before to the class. You can request the form by emailing the cooking studio and state which class you and the child will be attending. Every year we offer kids summer camps in July and August as some Winter Holiday camps in November and December. Camp schedule will be published the first week of February.

WINE & BEER

We offer a wide selection of wines and always have 4 different beers in-house. We don’t allow BYOB.

FOOD / CAKE CUTTING FEE

Except for a birthday cake, outside food is not allowed. A cake cannot replace a dessert in any chosen menu, and we charge an additional $25 cake cutting fee.
