Welcome to Junior Master Camp, our intensive skilled based camps offered to Zwilling Cooking Studio Camp alumnus and the up and coming Chefs of tomorrow. You do not need to have taken part in any Zwilling Camp to apply. In this fun hands-on experience, The Zwilling Cooking Studio Professional Chefs will build on the skills the campers already possess.
This series will include:
Technical recipes including Sous Vide cooking , cook top smoking and basic Gastronomy
Advanced Platting Techniques
Flavor Pairings and Exotic Ingredients
