Join us for a hands-on pastry class celebrating the elegance and versatility of French cream puffs, perfect for winter baking. In this two-hour experience, guests will learn how to prepare pâte à choux, top it with crisp craquelin, and bake beautifully structured cream puffs with golden, crackled tops.
In class, we will prepare a classic vanilla pastry cream and explore three Spring-inspired seasonal fillings:
