This isn’t your average Mexican Cooking Class but a thoroughly authentic and carefully crafted representation of one of the most diverse, unique and misinterpreted cuisines in the world. We will be doing all of the classics you might expect like Guacamole, Shrimp Tortillas & Salsa Rojo but also unique creations steeped in tradition like truly homemade and hand pressed tortillas, Pozole, Salsa Verde & a Jicama Salad that will make you want to book a trip to Puebla and never come back.
