"Family Time" The Art of Dumplings

In this two-hour hands-on cooking class, we will teach you the art of homemade dumplings. From dough to stuffing, from folding techniques to dipping sauces, you will master these crowd pleasers!

Starting in the home of dumplings, China, we will be making  Shrimp shumai, steamed to perfection. Then, we are heading to Japan for perfectly pleated pork gyoza. Finally we visit their neighbor, Korea, for classic Kimchi Mandu filled with homemade kimchi and other vegetables. We will also show you how to make the kimchi in this class.
