First, we’ll explore the light and airy Pâte à Choux, the classic French dough behind bakery favorites like:

  • Gougères – delicate cheese puffs that melt in your mouth

  • Cream Puffs – filled with luscious pastry cream

  • French Crullers – golden rings of fried choux perfection
