Kids Holiday Camp (half day, 9 through 11 year olds, Thu 12/26, Fri 12/27, Mon 12/30)  

Calling all young chefs! In addition to our succesfull Summer camps we’ve now also developed up a fun way for kids to spend the hollidays. Zwilling Cooking Studio is excited to kick off our new Holiday Camp . In our fun, hands-on classes, campers will experience the wonderful world of cooking up close. From baking to sautéing, these budding chefs will learn essential kitchen skills that last a lifetime. By having the chance to cook in a professional kitchen, they will get a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the life of a chef. Our camps will include the following:

• Basic knife skills • Various cooking techniques • How to prep and organize • Nutrition • Cuisines from around the world

Each camp day, the campers will work on 3-4 recipes that they will prepare, cook, and eat together. Our kitchen has three different cooking stations: Grill/Sauté, Pantry, and Bakery. Working in small teams, the mini-chefs will master a different station each day and take turns being the Team Leader. Together, the campers will gain valuable teamwork experience alongside cooking techniques. This Year's 3-day Holiday camp will start Thursday December 26th and will end Monday December 30th. with a Young Chef Challenge, the “Mystery Basket”, where campers will have the chance to use new cooking talents to creatively make their own dishes! Each dish will be evaluated based on taste, appearance, and creativity. Our friendly teachers have experience working with kids and love helping them become comfortable in the kitchen. At the end of each camp, kids will receive a certificate of completion to celebrate their new cooking skills.

Session Information: Zwilling Kids Holiday Camp is open to children ages 9 -15. We're hosting half-day sessions,  9-11 year olds will meet in the morning while 12-15 year olds will be in the afternoon. Drop off between 12:15 and 12:30 PM, start class 12:30 PM, pick up between 4:00PM and 4:30PM
