Menu de Printemps – Spring Menu


We invite you to celebrate the freshness and renewal of spring with our Menu de Printemps, a hands-on culinary experience inspired by the bright, delicate flavors of the season. Join us for an engaging and memorable class as we cook with vibrant ingredients that highlight spring’s natural elegance.


Our journey begins with a beautifully seared halibut, paired with tender braised leeks and a fragrant parsley–shallot sauce. Finished with a crisp leek garnish, this dish showcases a refined balance of freshness, texture, and subtle sweetness.


Next, you’ll master the technique of preparing a perfectly sous-vide chicken supreme, exceptionally tender and juicy. Served over a light green vegetable couscous and finished with a drizzle of garlic herb oil, this dish captures the essence of spring with its bright flavors and aromatic finish.


To conclude on a sweet and refreshing note, we’ll create mini red berry pavlovas.…
