Join us for a Mexican Fiesta! 

This isn’t your average Mexican Cooking Class but a thoroughly authentic and carefully crafted representation of one of the most diverse, unique and misinterpreted cuisines in the world. We will be doing all of the classics you might expect like Guacamole with a mortar & pestle, Shrimp Tortillas & Salsa Rojo but also unique creations steeped in tradition like truly homemade and hand pressed tortillas, Chorizo Tostados, Pozole, Salsa Verde & a Grilled Watermelon Salad that will make you want to book a trip to Puebla and never come back. This is a new class for 2018 and we are very excited about the flavor combinations we’ve put together; please join us for the Fiesta and allow us to share them with you!
