This immersive experience invites you to create a beautifully balanced three-tiered high tea; sweet, savory, and everything in between, while learning professional techniques you can recreate at home.

Bottom Tier – Savory Delights

We begin the afternoon with an elegant assortment of savory bites designed to capture the spirit of a classic high tea. Guests will prepare refined tea sandwiches including Coronation chicken with mango chutney, shrimp & avocado tea sandwiches, and house-smoked trout served on crisp cucumber rounds with dill crème fraîche.

To round out the savory tier, enjoy whipped ricotta and roasted tomato canapés alongside goat cheese, honey & thyme sweet potato bites, plus gluten-free seed crackers for a deliciously modern touch.
