In this hands-on class, we reimagine the Thanksgiving table with side dishes that bring creativity, elegance, and a fresh perspective to the holiday. Each recipe highlights seasonal ingredients in unexpected ways, offering balance, brightness, and depth to complement the centerpiece of the meal.
Together, we will prepare:
Mini Sweet Potato Rösti with a delicate topping of crème fraîche and chive
Crispy Brussels Sprouts dressed with pomegranate gastrique and pistachio dukkah
Savory Wild Mushroom & Leek Bread Pudding, rich and layered with autumn flavors
