The Flavor Lab is an immersive, chef-driven festival where food lovers are invited to explore, taste, and discover through eight interactive Flavor Labs located throughout the ZWILLING Cooking Studio and outdoor space.

Rather than participating in our traditional cooking class, you'll move freely from Lab to Lab, where our Chef Curators prepare creative fusion-inspired small bites while sharing professional techniques, culinary stories, and the inspiration behind every recipe.

Each Flavor Lab showcases a different Kikkoman product, from naturally brewed soy sauce and ponzu to panko and sesame oil, demonstrating just how versatile these pantry staples can be across a wide range of globally inspired dishes. Along the way, you'll also experience premium cookware, knives, outdoor cooking equipment, and serving pieces from the ZWILLING family of brands in action.
